Who We Are
Close learning gaps and mobilize families so girls in rural Pakistan can stay in school.

Mission
Vision
A future where every girl in rural Pakistan can stay in school, learn with confidence, and choose her own path in life.
About The Jiddat Initiative
The Jiddat Initiative is a mission-driven nonprofit working to expand access to quality education for girls in rural Pakistan. We focus on the everyday barriers that prevent girls from staying in school—academic gaps, household pressures, and limited family support—and address them through practical, community-based solutions.
Our work is rooted in a two-pronged approach. We support girls directly by helping them close learning gaps so they can keep up academically and remain enrolled in school. At the same time, we work closely with parents and families to build trust, address concerns, and strengthen commitment to girls’ education within the household. We believe lasting change happens not only in classrooms, but also at home.
At our core, we believe education should give girls the ability to choose—to stay in school, to build confidence, and to shape their own futures. By working at the ground level, we aim to create sustainable pathways that allow girls not just to enroll in school, but to succeed and thrive.
